The course is from Anytime Anywhere Anyone. Red House Restaurant is a famous French western food restaurant in Shanghai. It was named Chez Rovere at first, founded by a foreign couple. And then it was renamed Chez Louis, which was famous once in Shanghai. After changing restaurateurs several times, Liu Ruifu, a Shanghainese person, purchased it and named it Red House Restaurant, because of the red external wall and master Mer Lanfang's advice. With continuous inheritance and development for several years, Red House Restaurant dares to explore the way of Chinese and Western cultures fusion. And they develop some French cuisine with Shanghai characteristics, including grilled crab in shell, baked clam, and so on, which is popular with people. Nowadays, Red House Restaurant is not only a good place for western food lovers, but also the learning base for citizens in Huangpu district. What's more, it is one of the experient pilots of Shanghai culture experience base for Shanghai citizens, letting more learners to Red House Restaurant to take part in experiential learning. It plans to let Red House Restaurant be a convenient learning park for citizens and spread the western food culture and Shanghai culture to every family.
