Through the study of this course, enterprise basic-level managers (new or seniority within three years) and leadership learners can recognize leadership in personality, psychology, and roles, and establish the basic skills required for effective communication and teamwork. It covers the three stages of leadership training in grassroots management:

Module 4: Leadership and Employment 1. Master the principles and methods of leadership employment 2. Understand the art of leadership employment
Module 5: Incentive 1. Understand the 3 main motivational theories 2. Master the methods of strengthening theories to motivate employees
Module 6: Communication 1. Explain the main process of information transmission 2. Master communication skills in different situations
Module 7: Teamwork 1. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of teamwork 2. Understand 3 common team types
