本课程介绍了新一代人工智能城市以最新的数据库工具“城市树”为支撑,以机器学习技术对城市模拟系统“City Go”进行训练,研发了人工智能城市规划的十大推演工具,包括城市人口推演、城市用地推演、城市密度推演、产业空间推演、城市资源推演、城市交通推演、空间形象推演、城镇群落推演、建设时序推演、方案比较推演,并将应用于即将落地的世界上第一个人工智能小镇的规划和运营中。区别于社区Community的概念,主讲人强调要向世界提出中国版的“家园模式”概念:通过建设职、住、医、教、休、商六元平衡的“幸福家园”,实现根治交通问题、回归绿色出行、强化社区意识、关爱邻里安全、保护公共财产、营造绿色环境六大目标。让家园模式成为中国人对世界的贡献。
